Delegate Statement

ENS name: Soule.eth

TLDR: I created the first browser extension to resolve ENS websites in 2017: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ens-gateway-eth-domain-br/jkaiofboahfpipgijdgdmbdldlgcipgo?hl=en Also eth.show, the original "eth.link", and ETHSimple the oldest operating .eth registrar

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: To protect the censorship resistant nature of ENS, and further ENS adoption in the greater web.

My view on each section of the proposed ENS Constitution

  • Name ownership shall not be infringed: (Agree/Disagree/Comment)
  • Fees are primarily an incentive mechanism: (Agree/Disagree/Comment)
  • Income funds ENS and other public goods: (Agree/Disagree/Comment)
  • ENS Integrates with the global namespace: (Agree/Disagree/Comment) I agree with the caveat that DNS integration efforts never compromise the sovereignty and censorship resistance of the ENS namespace.

My web3 qualifications / skills: Developed open source tooling to further ENS adoption. Solidity/Web3 engineer Attended the first ENS workshop in London. OG ENS Contributor
