Reducing DAO bureaucracy is something I am supportive of. I would like to see a fresher DAO with less politics and sometimes it takes some significant changes to do that. If necessary we can add responsibilities to the admin panel later, so I don't see a problem with reducing first and adding later when many of us realise the current system is failing.
