Delegate Statement

ENS name: bosco.eth

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I would like to be an ENS delegator to help peers participate in the ENS governance. I would like to spread the word and promote the importance of contributing to ENS to properly shape its future.

My view on each section of the proposed ENS Constitution

  • Name ownership is an absolute right: (Agree/Disagree/Comment) Name ownership should definitely be an absolute right.
  • Registration fees exist as an incentive mechanism: (Agree/Disagree/Comment) This has to be carefully debated in a collective way to properly analyze the best alternatives and move forward accordingly, the collective will ultimately provide a weighed answer to this complicated subject.
  • Income funds ENS and other public goods: (Agree/Disagree/Comment) I was very happy to read this statement. While keeping ENS ecosystem flourishing must be a priority I truly believe a DAO-interoperable-future is in the horizon. DAO collaboration will be important for public goods and the funds will likely serve as a way to cement relations around common objectives. I can envision public good funding directed to organizations such as Proof of Humanity and CityDAO and vice versa for ensuring web3 harmony, purpose and inclusiveness.
  • ENS Integrates with the global namespace: (Agree/Disagree/Comment) Another subject of complexity to which I agree and look forward to continue the discussion with the collective to make sure decisions are to benefit all.

My web3 qualifications / skills: I have experience with using web3 since 2018, being member of multiple DAOs and I have special love for projects such as Proof of Humanity to which I devote important time because it aids adoption and helps people. I could say that I'm layer zero focused individual who aids onboarding while learning skills to work at protocol level.
